Rochester Trucking Company Owner Sentenced to 45 Months in Prison

A Rochester trucking company owner who was convicted by a federal jury of lying to the Department of Transportation is going to prison.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Thursday that Tony Kirik, a/k/a Anatoliy Kirik, of Rochester, who was convicted by a federal jury of making false statements to the Federal Motor Commission Safety Administration (FMCSA), U.S. Department of Transportation, and conspiring to do the same, was sentenced to serve 45 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa
