Don't quote me on this, But it seems to me that my old Timpte super hopper was 42 long x 102 wide x 78 high, with steel wheels and subframe and spring suspension and weighed 12000. I know this isn't quite what you're asking but it should give you a starting point. |

I wonder if a 2009-2013 timpte high side would be any lighter than your 01? or maybe a wilson even?

thanks ron, ya i could live with 8900 pounds. My truck is very heavy so I need to have a very light trailer. with a cornhusker I weigh 28500 so with your timpte i would problably be around 29000 or so.

I have many Wilson Trailers. It depends how they are setup and the age of the trailer. If that trailer had a alumumium king pin section and aluminum under carriage you can get them as light as 9,000 lbs, but if it is a standard trailer you are probably looking at 10,500 or maybe 11,000.

Depends upon the year. My 2011 Timpte, 43'X78"X96" with aluminum subframe, aluminum kingpin, duralite hubs, centrifuse drums and Michelin wide base singles weighs 8300# exactly, dropped on the local elevators scale. The older ones will be heavier.

wow that would be great! I am looking for a timpte like yours, but i am very picky. It has to have an aluminum sub and fifth wheel plate just so I can get lighter. If i was smart I would just get a lighter truck but I love my pete. I think it weighs 20,000 #. I think.
