What would you want in a fleet store?

We are tossing around the idea of starting a fleet and farm store attached to our facility. With many of the local parts stores no longer offering weekend hours, we are trying to fill the void for our local farmers, O/O, and small fleet owners. Our idea is to offer weekend hours and carry the items that are needed on the weekends. I have been there too many times where a Saturday morning simple repair turns into a Monday morning parts run. So the question for the community is what parts have you needed on a weekend and not been able to get?

So far the initial ideas are:

Nuts and bolts

Airbags

Brake drums, pads, and slack adjusters

Hydraulic and airline hoses

Lubricants

Airline and fittings

Filters

Wheel bearings and seals

Auto-inflate system components

Full line of lights

Axle studs

I am not looking to carry overly brand-specific items, more generic items to limit the amount of carried inventory. Let me know what you have needed on a weekend and been unable to get.
