What are your Accounting Needs?

How many of you out there have had problems finding an accounting firm that understands "Trucking?" Would it be helpful to have an accounting resource firm that could do your bookkeeping, accounting system maintenance (proper categorization for tax preparation for users of QuickBooks Online, Axon Software), and arrange for your tax return to be prepared by professionals that understand the vagueries of the trucking industry?

As some of you know, I'm the "accounting guy" for a small trucking company, and I also work at an accounting firm. This is an idea that is being considered based on customer interest to see if it is a good enterprise to move forward upon.

For small trucking company owners, owner operators, what do you need? What are the biggest problems you face in finding an accountant or with the firm you normally use?
