TYPES OF VIBRATORS FOR HOPPER BOTTOMS

They work but it seems that a good rubber mallet works about as good vibrators seem to do well at getting out the end of a product but as far as ddg or simular product helps a little but it seems like every where we go people dont want to wait for vibrators to work they want to beat on trailer to get product out now. just my experience

hey thanks for the info. i have been doin the rubber mallot deal and seems to be ok sometimes just takes a few extra minutes. didnt know if it was worth goin the other route or not. thanks for the input!!

Normally the damage described happens when vibrators are allowed to operate on an empty hopper. This is true not only on hopper bottoms, but hoppers and bins in general. “I absolutely agree that trailers should not be over vibrated. Normally the damage described happens when vibrators are allowed to operate on an empty hopper.
