Can anyone tell me a good brand or model type of vibrator to put on my hopper bottoms. I have 2 Wilson trailers and was thinking about installing some but don't know much about them as far as cost and brands ..

I am not not an expert on these but have two new wilson trailers and got one vibrator per hopper from factory. They work but it seems that a good rubber mallet works about as good vibrators seem to do well at getting out the end of a product but as far as ddg or simular product helps a little but it seems like every where we go people dont want to wait for vibrators to work they want to beat on trailer to get product out now. just my experience

I've always believed they just loosen up every rivot and bolt on that trailer...Plus you have to run your truck while unloading..Right size mallet has always worked for me.

“I absolutely agree that trailers should not be over vibrated. Normally the damage described happens when vibrators are allowed to operate on an empty hopper. This is true not only on hopper bottoms, but hoppers and bins in general. Our M-T Fast Hopper Trailer Vibrators are a tool and should be applied appropriately. I am available to discuss this issue or any questions on truck vibrators. Our goal is to supply equipment that makes unloading safer, faster and easier. Mike Lindbeck 800-477-4534”
