I asked my Mechanic at CAT about doing it on my C-15 and he told me it was illegal to do. You can't alter the factory emissions on any engine. People do it but it can cost you in fines if somebody catches it.

Find a good diesel rebuilder, I have numbers- you have to turn it back to a 6nz- 16-1 packs and complete ecm recalibration, then keep your turbos and have fun, if you just do tuning and turbo you still have high compression18-1, and head gasket problems and all the other issues

Hey call PDI out in st george utah. They are top of the line and they well make your twin turbo cat run and get fuel milage to. I used to have 06 pete 550hp diidnt run worth a crap was getting 4 to 4.5 mpg I took it to one of there shops. And if ran it right and kept it around that 67 i could get over 6mpg. If i drove it hard 75 then it would go back to 5 to 5.2. And i was maxed out 90,000 every load.

Cat- Cummings-Detroit will not alter thier motors becouse of the epa and big fines, that's why these performence shops like pdi, Pittsburg poop shooters make you sign a waver that says " for off-road use only" Iv herd anyway...Pittsburg got caught and fined 100 grand and I don't now if they mess with it- they are in gliders now
