Maybe everyone has to wait for his settlement. He owns half of lightway out of Canada.

I've had this happen before, but it's usually an honest error. Call them. Talk to the accounting department. They will probably fix the hangup and get it moving through the system again. Unfortunately, this is what happens when we use computerized systems and lose the personal touch in accounting departments.
