Soy Hull pellets weigh up heavy. In a small hopper bottom (40'x96"x72") we have no problem getting 55,000 pounds on.

The soy hull pellets I am used to are lighter than most grains. I have a 35' long x 96" wide x 60" tall sides dump and can get 26 tons with a little room to spare. That's keeping the pile below the roof bows. You should be able to get 21 tons on your trailer. Good Luck!

Thanks for the info. That helps me out a bunch. Didn't think I could get that much on. We will give it a go and see what happens.

How do you make rate with 21 ton of product? I need to haul a minium of 25 ton to make rate. I can haul 26 ton when playing with the fuel. Are rates that much different for end dump, over hoppers. I see a lot of guy's hauling grain in end dumps.

There are certain places that want enddumps because of how they are set up to handle their feed and they are willing to pay extra for it. A dairy in Oklahoma wants enddumps because the roof rolls back on their feed storage building and you back in to the bay and dump.
