Loading wet material in 15 degrees

Good morning to everyone, I had loads scheduled for pickup and temp dropped below freezing so i reached out to brooker and explained to him my concerns. Please note two loads were picked up earlier in week and water literally ran out of trailers the whole trip. So i ended up canceling the pickup but told him i would resume when weather warmed back up in like two days. I was told you know its winter and this is business. Am i wrong im my thinking to kinda look out for my investments here and not set my company up for a possible issue. Ps trailers dont have liners and required washout prior to loading at 15. Am i Wrong ???

Only take loads of wet matterial that you know you can reach the deliver point when product is still warm enough it won't freeze. Bear in mind that 25 tons of wet product holds a lot of heat if you can load it warm.

There is a reason wet distillers does get hauled very far in the winter. Only take loads of wet matterial that you know you can reach the deliver point when product is still warm enough it won't freeze. Bear in mind that 25 tons of wet product holds a lot of heat if you can load it warm.

If possible install a blue line super slide liner and carry few gallon of beet juice . They will keep you rolling down to 10 degrees in short 100 mile or less run. Remember wetter stuff takes longer to freeze . Your better off have water running out trailer in colder temps than to just be damp. Also most really wet water running out back loads are warm and that can extend your radius by about double . With the liner and beet juice we typically just spray all the nose and first 6feet or so of walls.
