I only went to haul one load for them, and they would not cover the washout, which the average of $100 dollars in the area for a washout. For positives. Nice people when I've talked to them. I will say they were very prompt with the communication, which is rare for this industry, at least for responses from brokers and shippers. So that's so positive for them. I know they have some loads that'll definitely cover a bounce from certain area to another that at least covered the cost with a few additional cents for profit.

As far as what they make on a load, what does it matter? If the load offer meets your personal requirements for making money, it should not matter what anyone else makes. Keep your eye on the prize of being profitable and not what someone else makes. It is your own responsibility to make sure that you and your trucks are profitable and if the loads that any broker offer don't meet those requirements, turn them down and move on to look for something else. If we can get past someone making money and focus on making our own companies profitable, we will be better off! Just my 2 cents worth.

It is your own responsibility to make sure that you and your trucks are profitable and if the loads that any broker offer don't meet those requirements, turn them down and move on to look for something else. If we can get past someone making money and focus on making our own companies profitable, we will be better off!

BTW, we also worked with H&M before JFL and never had a problem with the way they operated either.

BTW, we also worked with H&M before JFL and never had a problem with the way they operated either.
