Old paid off trucks can run for cheaper rate. Even though they shouldn't and are one hurting themselves. Newer equipment with collision insurance and payments must run for more and in turn the shipper get more reliable transportation. Most don't think about the reliably of the cheap rate trucks and end up with broke trucks in route. I would figure for a quick easy answer. $3 a mile
