I'm thinking of puchasing a Fass system for my 2007 W900L (2006- ISX 565 engine). I would like to hear some opinions from current owners of the fass system. How much fuel mileage should i expect to gain on my application? How hard is it to install ? What GPM flow rate do i need? Where can you find the best deal on one?

i have one on my dodge. well worth it for that, cause i was sucking the fuel pump dry. My opinion for one on a big truck.... dont waste the money. I know guys with 1000hp cats who dont need fass systems.

I have put two on, one on a 99 KW 3406E and one on 06 KW C15 ACERT. Both made a diiference in the fuel mileage. It really made a difference with the idle. I picked up between .25 and .5 mpg. I really noticed the difference in the horsepower. Pittsburgh Power or PDI have had the best prices, but shop around. My opinion is most definately put one on you won't be disappointed.

I put one on my 01 W900L with a n-14, and it was one of the better inprovements, rated right up there with freeing up the exhaust. Give it a smoother idle, more power, and better fuel milage. The biggest hassle on instalation is the extra fuel lines put that is not that hard to do. Have had mine for five plus years now and don`t know where is the best place to get them.
