Gotta love it when the broker is blowing you up, wondering when you are going to get to the shipper because the customer is begging for the product. All to show up at the shipper to find out the customer didn't inform anyone that there is an appointment that has to be made, and then they try to cover their butt with the broker with making an appointment for 36 hours later after you arrive and not telling a single soul. Just for you to find that out from the shipping department. They just called to make said appointment after you've been there for 4 hours.

Deny the load and get a TONU. They can not exxpect you to sit there for 2 days not making any money. Either that or get uncapped detention. |
