BUYING A NEW TRAILER

I have been looking at East Genesis and East Genesis Hybrids. I am also interested in the MAC Macsimizer, but am worried about the loss of cubic feet. I pulled a MAc for 6 years, and was pretty happy. I had a few issues, but nothing major. I am currently pulling a East Genesis, and like it pretty well. I just wanted everyone's opinion. I am open to most brands.

MAC redesigned their half rounds a few years back and now with their low profile u can get a half round with 68 inch sides to hold the same cubic capacity as a 39x96 with 60 inch sides and the height of the top rail is the same on each trailer. I have owned both MAC and EAST. I lean towards MAC. My last one spec for spec the MAC came in 2-300 lbs heavier. MAC has better craftmanship if u ask me.

So I'm partial to those brands. I also like the smooth side MAC trailers, they are sharp also.

I went to my local MAC dealer. They have no idea what they are talking about. We are leaning heavily toward a Hybrid East. The dealer is one that we have dealt with in the past and have been very happy with. When I have a question it gets answered in minutes, not days like our MAC dealer.
