We can start filing Q1 IFTA returns on April 1st! If you'd like us to do the paper work for you, we offer a discount for carriers who turn in their miles before April 10th. If you are tired of spending hours filing these reports, let us take them off your hands. Remember, the deadline to file Q1 without pentalty is April 30th.

Give me a call or shoot me an email and I'd be happy to see how we can help!

Are you starting to gather your mileage and fuel receipts for Q1? Are you already dreading all that IFTA paperwork?

Let us take that work off your hands and do it for you. We can start filing for Q1 from now until 4/30 without penalty! We also help our carriers get their DOT numbers, MC numbers, and much, much more.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if we can help in any way!

Here are some of the ways we have helped our customers so far:

1. Getting a brand new DOT Number for a new business

2. Expanding a business to run over the road by getting an MC Number and IFTA account

3. Starting a brokerage authority

4. Filing Quarterly IFTA reports

5. Opening KYU and NM Accounts so you won't have to buy any more temporary permits

And more!

If we can help you out at all on the permitting side of things, please give me a call.

Q1 IFTAs are due by EOD tomorrow! If you need help getting these filed, just give me a call. Don't delay and end up paying a penalty.

Depending on your state we can also help you navigate plate renewals as well.

Just give me a call if you have any needs or questions on permitting!

It's been a while, but I wanted to remind everyone that we still offer comprehensive permitting services. We have set up many new authorities this year and have also helped people re-activate their old DOT numbers and get back out on their own. If you have any questions or want to see what we offer don't hesitate to reach out. We want this to be a value add to all of our members and make it easy to get everything you need to get back on the road!

Two things to update before 2025:

1. UCR- This is due every calendar year and is required for all interstate carriers and brokers. You can file at UCR.gov and even put a card on file for it to autorenew each year!
2. Renew IFTA license. Most states require you to manually renew your IFTA license each year. Double check that you already started this process and ordered your 2025 IFTA decals!

If you ever have questions on anything related to permitting don't hesitate to reach out to us! We work with carriers in all lower 48 states to make sure they are staying compliant and have everything they need to run legally!

Merry Christmas!
