They are but have been picking loads and rebrokering plenty of them. One thing that I appreciate about bulkloads is a carrier can see the same loads posted several times by different brokers at different rates. Without bulk loads we would not be able to see in real time what is going on. I realize everyone in this business needs to feed their family but when it's so blantly obvious I just couldn't hold my tounge anymore. Bulkloads has made it way easier to find loads across the nation if needed and I appreciate that but good grief there is some shady crap going on. It's just my 2 cents worth

Generally, if loads are being picked up and delivered in similar locations it's the same load, just different broker. The trick in the feed hauling business is to find the actual buyer and seller of the feed, and stay away from someone who is just brokering trucks. It may take calling 3 similar load listings, but eventually you will figure out who is the feed broker and who is just a truck broker.

I'm seeing it from everyone, if you run your numbers most of the rates barely cover the fuel cost. I don't feel like running my time for free or at a loss, so many are 30-50% of what is costs us owners thats not including if have to wait 1-5 hours unloaded. A friend sat at a mill for 12 hours to go 2 hour drive home and come back in 3 day when they should be able to take the load. Tie up a truck for 3 days and its a fight to get more the $100 for the 3 days. Sadly can make more money parking the truck and working at the town gas station most days.
