Owner Ops can come with their own Trailer, or Rent one from us! Company Drivers need to have two years of Class A CDL experience and a clean driving record. Hopper Bottom Experience preferred. All Company Drivers are paid by Percentage of the Load, starting at 25% with percentage increaseses over time. Paid Vacation time on day one and Benefits after 60 days. Benefits included are: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA and Life Insurance along with a 401(k) Match Program Owner Operators are paid by Percentage of the Load as well. 90% with your own trailer, 80% if you use our trailer.
